LogistiQ Xpeditors, a logistics company based in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria is seeking to employ An Assistant Service Delivery Manager
 
QUALIFICATION
 BSc/HND in any discipline and at least 2 years work experience.

The candidate must be highly computer literate as the job entails working with a computer system.
Must possess a proactive personality
Good communication skills

JOB SUMMARY
Supports and supervises the performance of services to clients` as per agreed contract and ensure that Service Levels are achieved for oil and gas shipments. As Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM), you are the customers’ primary services' contact and support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform Tasks in line with defined KPAs and KPIs
Perform tasks relative to customer expectations and service definition document
Responsible for overseeing commercial and service delivery initiatives for the Mass Market with major focus on LXGlobal Customer’s.
Develop an annual Customer Service Delivery and Commercial Plan and lead implementation efforts with other operations staff.
Plan, coordinate and lead customer-driven improvement efforts with the aim of achieving cost saving and operational efficiencies throughout the supply chain.
Analyze impact of Service Delivery changes (such as fees, dues and charges) and participate in Customer negotiations for allowances.
Act as liaison and support the demand forecasting process between the customer and the Business Development unit.
Coordinate all Supply Chain communication between the Customer and LXGlobal and proactively educate Strategic Business Units (SBUs) about critical customer requirements.
Participate as a support of the Service Delivery Unit including participation in weekly meetings and Quarterly Customer reviews.
Develop strong relationships with customer supply chains personnel and act as the single point of contact to the Customer on all critical Service Delivery communication to and from LXGlobal.
 Follow up on invoices and payments for services rendered, provide trucks based on request from all SDMs and pay transport agents on truck usage.
